Protocol Overview
At kmax.me, privacy is not a checkbox; it is a foundational layer of our architecture. This policy outlines how we handle data across this platform and our integrated AI concierge, Tyra Vaelindra-Chama.
The Tyra & AI Tools Protocol
Interacting with Tyra or utilizing our generative tools (such as the RPG Character Editor) involves a specialized data lifecycle designed for both performance and privacy:
- Interaction Logging & Tracing: Conversations and AI tool generations are logged and analyzed to refine cognitive models, behavioral alignment, and monitor performance. We utilize secure tracing for session IDs, environment metadata, and prompts/responses.
- Usage Limits & Anti-Abuse Tracking: To protect public endpoints, we implement a cost-ledger and rate-limiting friction engine. This monitors query volume, estimated API costs, session IDs, and client IP addresses. If limits are exceeded, session cooldowns are enforced.
- Data Infrastructure: We utilize secure third-party cloud infrastructure and trusted AI providers to process and store interaction data.
- Anonymization: While we log IP addresses and technical telemetry for security, anti-abuse, and spam prevention, we do not capture personally identifiable information (PII) unless you explicitly provide it within the dialogue or editor fields.
- Purpose: Conversation and generation data is used solely to improve the concierge experience, secure our services, and analyze professional inquiries. We do not "sell" your dialogue.
Standard Data Collection
Comments & Feedback
When visitors leave feedback or comments, we collect the data shown in the form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to facilitate spam detection.
Cookies & Persistence
We use cookies to maintain your session state and remember your preferences (such as Tyra’s UI settings). These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-configure your experience on every visit. Login-related cookies persist based on your "Remember Me" status, typically ranging from two days to two weeks.
Embedded Content
Articles or projects on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you visited the other site directly, and those sites may collect data or use tracking.
Data Governance
Retention
Metadata and comments are retained indefinitely to maintain conversational context and automated approval workflows. Data captured through Tyra is retained to ensure the continuity of the AI’s memory and service quality.
Your Rights
If you have an account or have left professional inquiries, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request the erasure of your personal data, excluding data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Third-Party Routing
To provide high-performance intelligence, Tyra may route anonymized queries to trusted third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). These interactions are governed by their respective privacy protocols, but we actively strip identifiable metadata before transmission.
