3. The Tyra & AI Tools Engagement Protocol

Tyra Vaelindra-Chama is a high-fidelity digital concierge, and our suite of AI tools (such as the RPG Character Editor) includes advanced generative capabilities. By interacting with these systems, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Professional Nature: Tyra and our AI tools are designed to assist with professional inquiries, technical architecture, and immersive storytelling. Respectful engagement is mandatory.
• Behavioral Bounds: Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing language toward the AI, the Character Editor interface, or the Creator is strictly prohibited.
• Usage Limits & Friction Engine: Public access to our AI generation endpoints is subject to cost tracking, request limits, and cooldown periods. Circumventing these limits through session manipulation, automated scripts, cookie deletion, or IP-based bypasses is a violation of these terms.
• Cryptographic and Origin Protection: Back-end API endpoints are protected cryptographically. Direct API calls, cross-origin requests, third-party hotlinking, automated scraping, or bot-driven querying outside the official client interface is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Content: Use of our services to generate or discuss illegal activities, unapproved adult content, or harmful misinformation will result in immediate termination of your session.
• Validation: While our systems are highly advanced, all AI-generated content is for informational, creative, and entertainment purposes. Users are responsible for verifying critical technical, creative, or business data.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on kmax.me are provided on an 'as is' basis. Kaleem Maxwell makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
